What is the vision behind our internship program?
At iTeach, we believe an internship should be more than just a line on a resume. That’s why every intern at iTeach experiences an internship rooted in purpose, belonging, and learning.
Purpose: Interns do work that genuinely matters. They’re not here to observe from the sidelines; they contribute to real work that impacts students, schools, and communities, and they understand how their role fits into the bigger picture.
Belonging: From the very beginning, interns are treated as part of the team. They’re trusted, listened to, and supported by people who care about them and are invested in their growth.
Learning: Every internship is a learning journey. Through hands-on experience, honest feedback, and moments of reflection, interns build skills, confidence, and clarity about who they are becoming and what they want to explore next.
What is the iTeach Internship Program, and who is it for?
The iTeach Internship Program is a 1–3 month immersive learning experience designed to equip young changemakers with real-world exposure in the education sector. Through hands-on roles in both teaching and org-building spaces, interns gain experience, professional skills, and a deeper understanding of educational equity in action.

This program is ideal for students and early-career professionals who are eager to explore purpose-driven careers, contribute to impactful work, and grow within a community committed to ensuring that every child in India has the opportunity to dream big and achieve boldly.
